To return a product to Ruggable, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Visit the Ruggable Self-Service Portal.
• Step 2: Enter the order number and shipping zip code. If the order is outside of the 30-day return/exchange period, it cannot be processed.
• Step 3: Select the item to return or exchange and the reason. Only one item can be selected at a time.
• Step 4: Choose to return for a certain amount or exchange for a certain amount. Please note that discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Instead, a credit for the full retail value of the item will be provided for even exchanges. If the item being exchanged costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded. If the item being exchanged costs more than the original purchase, the difference will be charged.
• Step 5: Follow the prompts to complete the request. A prepaid shipping label will be sent directly to the inbox. If the shipping label cannot be located in the email inbox, check the spam/junk mail folder.
• Step 6: Ship back the item using the prepaid shipping label. A separate shipping label is needed for each Rug System.
• Step 7: Once the original item is received, the transaction will be completed.
